Recently a customer ordered goods by Airmail.
We sent the customer goods by airmail, but the customer has not received it.
Unfortunately, maybe it is lost.
and the customer opened dispute through the paypal.
We notified risk of loss for Airmail. We don't have responsibility for loss by Airmail.
Nevertheless the customer added to cart Airmail oneself, the customer opened dispute.
We were waiting more days and preparing another suggestion.
We told the customer that we try finding negotiation or other ways.
But the customer have rejected the suggestion and continued dispute.
Customers want free shipping fee for ordering few items and saving the shipping fee.
So, the Airmail service opened due to the convenience of customers.
Although EMS is expensive, it is safe and reliable.
Although Airmail is free, it have possibility for loss.
Airmail is not safe, and we don't want such accidents and dispute.
So, We stop the Airmail service.
Instead, we will start the Registered mail service.
The Registered mail is safer than Airmail.
But we recommend EMS.
Basic shipping method of TREE Design is EMS.
If you want saving the shipping fee, add the Registered mail.
The Registered mail have a tracking number.
But depending on your nation, Registered mail have the tracking number or have not it.
If you select the Registered mail, we don't have responsibility for loss.
If you worry the loss, you must select the EMS.
No matter what, the decision is yours.
In the future, if someone open dispute due to the loss by the Registered mail,
we had no choice but to send the goods by EMS only.
Please understand there is no other choice.
We are so sorry for this situation.
